The minute I saw these Funko plushies I was like “I gotta have them all!” they are so super cute. I’ve gotten this one & the Batman one so far. The Batman one looks just like the picture but this Superman one…his face is a little longer? so his neck is more wobbly & he’s just a tad bit not as cute (idk if it’s just the one I got or if all the Supermans are this way) which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Durability-wise, the quality of it is not bad but not great so it doesn’t seem like it will be able to handle all the constant playing he’s going to be getting so I imagine Superman will be needing “surgery” sometime in the not too incredibly near future. My kids love him though & I still plan on eventually getting all the Funko cuties.

I bought the whole set of these plushie superheros for my 2 and 7 year old nephews for their birthdays when they first came out. The Superman, Flash, Green Lantern and Batman were a big hit. When the second series came out before Christmas I bought them too (Penguin, Joker, Catwoman and Wonder Woman) but kept WW for myself. I couldn’t part with her! Now my nephews play superheroes and supervillian all the time, and I gave another set of heroes and villians to my 3 year old cousin. Big hit again, I hear the toys go flying around the house. These are just really cute and cuddly and perfect for young kids. Much better for toddlers than standard superhero action figures. They hold up very well to kid play. Note that Funko recently came out with plastic versions of the same cute characters. I bought Wonder Woman again! Very clean, fun design. Adorable Superman Toy!,

I saw this toy in a DC Superhero Store, where they wanted for it. The one in the store was also faded from being in the window for so long, and dusty. So I went on Amazon where I got a brand new one, non-faded and dust-free, all wrapped up in brand-new plastic, for less than including shipping! As a Superman lover (and a girl), I find this toy extremely adorable and love it to pieces. The quality seems good, and seems safe enough to give to small kids who like to put things in their mouths (but I would watch the eyes if you do that, so maybe not to really small kids). |
